The 50km course starts at Henry Angel Trackhead and follows Burra Creek north through farmland and bushland on technical single track, climbing over Mount Garland toward Mannus Lake. After a turnaround at Mount Garland, runners return via fire trails to the finish at Henry Angel Trackhead with 1490m of elevation gain.
