Trails and Tails Coopernook

The Trails and Tails Coopernook event on 23 August 2026 is a dog-friendly trail run in the beautiful Coopernook State Forest in NSW. The 7km course is quite flat with about 140m of elevation per lap. It can be a new experience for dogs to consistently run alongside you in a race format, so make sure to pick a distance that is best suited to your dog's fitness level.​ Choose from 21km, 14km, 7km distances or a short 4km for beginners. This is an 'on the lead' event - dogs must be on a lead from the time they leave your vehicle. This event is open to all competitors (you do not have to have a dog).
