- 01Waterproof jacket (seam-sealed, breathable, with hood)
- 02Long-sleeve thermal top (merino, polypropylene, etc.)
- 03Mobile phone with 8+ hrs battery and Avenza app with georeferenced map downloaded
- 04Emergency food (400 cal)
- 05Water capacity (1L)
- 06Torch (min. 100 lumens)
- 07Whistle
- 08Space blanket
- 09Compass (digital or analog, must be accurate and charged)
- 10Snake bandage (7-7.5cm wide, 2-2.3m long compression bandage)
- 11Printed maps (in ziplock bag)
- 12Poo bag (double sandwich-size ziplock or similar)
- 13Beanie or buff
- 14Gloves (thermal and/or waterproof)
