The 17km Premier course encompasses Smiths Track, Yalbogie Track, the Kauris, Toby's Lookout, Gandul Wandun, Glacier Rock and Douglas Tracks through World Heritage Wet Tropics rainforest. Runners cross Stony Creek twice, navigate dense shady rainforest trails with cool clear creeks, experience calf-bursting climbs followed by fast flowing downhill sections, and take a 280m out-and-back detour to Glacier Rock.
