Out and back course starting from Old Scottsdale Train Station. The first 12km is reasonably flat, followed by a 15km gradual incline, 15km gradual decline, and a fairly flat final 12km. The course has two marshalled road crossings in 50km zone and 4 marshalled crossings of the A3 where entrants must give way to traffic.
