1,410 metres elevation gain in only 9km up Staircase Spur from the start to the summit of Victoria's highest mountain (1,986m). Descending down Eskdale Spur to Camp Creek Gap and onto the 4WD track for the final 8km back to the start/finish area at Mountain Creek Camp Ground.
