Middle Ridge Rejuvenation Canicross
The Middle Ridge Rejuvenation on 10 May 2026 is a canicross event held in the Ourimbah State Forest on Middle Ridge Road and surrounding trails. Canicross is a sport where you run with your dog (as a team) while attached to them with a specialised harness, bungee cord and running belt. The course starts and finishes on the 'closed to traffic' section of Middle Ridge Road where it meets Red Hill Road. It's not flat and there is enough undulation and varied terrain to challenge both of you. There are 2 distance options: 2.8km and 9.7km. This event is organised by The Canicross Club. Refer to event website for associated rules.
