Uphill start with technical single track along the Caves Circuit, descent to Numinbah Valley, iconic stairs to Apple Tree Park, and dive down to Little Nerang Creek, followed by a long ascent past Purlingbrook Falls through rainforest patches to finish at Springbrook.
