Capital to Coast

The Capital to Coast (C2C) from 28 to 30 August 2026 is a multi stage 100km foot race at various locations between Canberra, ACT, and the South Coast, NSW. Comprising nine stages, the course includes a mix of fire trails, dirt roads and single track that caters for all experience levels. Stages range between (approximately) 8km and 15km in length and include a range of elevation and terrain. Runners can participate as solo runners, completing all nine stages, or as members of relay teams of up to four runners.
