Barkin Mad Ultra

The Barkin Mad Ultra is back from 3 to 4 October 2026 at Rokeby, Victoria with a 50km Ultra, 20km, 10km, 5km and 2km distance. What better way to spend a weekend than running with your best friend on beautiful native forest trails at Rokeby Recreation Reserve. The mixed terrain course includes off-road, rail trail and single track. This running event welcomes runners to challenge themselves and their four legged friends to collectively raise funds to support the work done by the Victorian Hair of the Dog Charity and save for the much needed Baw Baw Shire dog shelter. You can run with or without a dog. Please refer to the event website for mandatory gear lists and rules for both humans and dogs. The Hair of the Dog Rescue Charity is a Victorian based rescue charity dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of dogs.
